Home made puff pastry with herbed Brie chicken

I made this and it really wasn't too much work, but it was a little time consuming - espec with my sou-chef Kai making his own additions occasionally. Excited to see if it tastes as good as looks. Wow. I am SO. IMPRESSED. I have never made puff pastry from scratch. I assume it was delicious; was it? Nice one to both you and Kai. ;)

Max wondered why Monday was a holiday. Kevin explained Victoria Day. Max wondered his normal wonderings, if she was alive, how she died and who the King was. Kevin explained these. The next day, he asked me, "Is it still Victorias Birthday?" I told him no. "We'll" he said, "All I really want is to see Queen Victorias bones." " Me too" Kai piped up, "I want to see her bones too."

Emma (the dog) was barking at skaters. Kai goes to the window and yells at her, "Emma stop woofing at skaters, Emma turn around so you no see skaters".

Kai sees a wedding picture so f me and says, "My mommy the Princess. Mommy you a princess."

Max tried to eat Kai's lollipop. I told him, "Max, you ate yours, Leave Kais. It's good to think of someone besides yourself. Max says, " I am thinking of someone else. I am thinking of Kai and and his lollipop."

I signed Kai up for mini -chef class and when Max heard this he said to Kai, "Kai you dont have to go to chef school because you are already a good chef."

Claire writing in the babies journal, "baby come out, there is food out her. If you come out baby I have a treat just for you."

"Where did we buy dat baby. I want to buy another baby." - Kai
