Claire reading to her brothers. This was sort of funny, because Max has many of the books memorized so while Claire trys to pronounce each word Max rhymes of the entire page flawlessly! Needless to say her little brother frustrates her at times.

10.8 km today
Admittedly, I am a little over confident thinking I could 3 times; a 5 km, 10km, and 15km practice and then just go do the 20 in San Fran in May. Today I did 10.8 and was sick and dizzy by the time I stopped. Nothing like a little egg on your face to make you realize this is going to be a bit more work than I thought. It will be worth it to see my friends in SF. Can't wait. But as for the last 8 km - how will I make it.

Home made puff pastry with herbed Brie chicken
I made this and it really wasn't too much work, but it was a little time consuming - espec with my sou-chef Kai making his own additions occasionally. Excited to see if it tastes as good as looks. I got the recipe from Gordon Ramsey & the BBC Good Food blog. Here is the link if your interested: Rough-puff

This week
Here are some pictures from this week. It's been a bit of a tough one, I had a moat pulled out of my mouth lat week and it's been unite painful since. I am still trying to get into a good groove for school since Christmas. We are getting our stuff done but I'd rather it was done well than that we rushed through the material. Kevin and I went to a private school to see if we would consider moving Claire to private but she likes home school so mug and it's so convent that I don't think we will. But it is good to keep an open mind. Claire's favorite subjects are French and science. It's really fun to see. Anyways, Kevin's out of town so I better use the time I have productively. Lol
